The Chairman of the Musa Yekeen Alabi Initiative has sent his condolences to all Nigerians on the passing of our beloved General Muhammadu Buhari, the immediate past President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who died yesterday in London.

Hon. Musa Yekeen Alabi described his departure as not just a personal loss but a profound one for every life he touched with his kindness, wisdom, and quiet strength.

“For some of us, he was more than a political figure—he was a father who truly cared. He welcomed us with warmth, mentored us with wisdom, and carried himself with rare humility and grace. He had a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and respected, regardless of status or background. That kind of spirit leaves a lasting imprint, and it’s something I will hold close for the rest of my life.”

PMB lived with uncommon integrity, compassion, and an unwavering sense of duty to his people. He didn’t lead with titles—he led with heart. He stood for fairness, dignity, and lifting others without expecting anything in return.
