Hon. Might Vanguard Rejoices with Muslims Worldwide on Hijrah



The Chairman of Might Vanguard, Hon. Olayinka Taofeeq Sheu, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims around the world on the occasion of Hijrah, marking the beginning of the Islamic New Year 1447 AH. 

In a press statement issued and signed by his Media Office, Hon. Sheu emphasized the profound significance of Hijrah, which commemorates the historic migration of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Makkah to Medina. This pivotal event not only symbolizes a turning point in Islamic history but also laid the foundation for the establishment of the first Muslim community, serving as the starting point of the Islamic lunar calendar.

Hon. Sheu described the new year as an opportunity for spiritual renewal, unity, and reflection on the timeless lessons of sacrifice, perseverance, and faith demonstrated by the Prophet (SAW) and his companions. 

He urged Muslims to embrace the values of peace, tolerance, and brotherhood that Hijrah embodies, while praying for divine guidance and blessings in the coming year.

As the global Muslim ummah ushers in 1447 AH, Might Vanguard joins in wishing all believers a peaceful, prosperous, and spiritually fulfilling Islamic New Year.
