Deputy Senate Leader Ashiru mourns death of Campaign DG, Olosunde


The Deputy Leader of the Senate and Lawmaker representing Kwara south senatorial district Architect Oyelola Yisa Ashiru has commiserated with the family of the late Chief Sunday Olosunde.

The late Chief Sunday Olosunde had served twice as the Director General of Lola Ashiru Campaign Organisation, LACO.

Senator Ashiru in his condolences described his death as devastating, painful and a great loss not only to the Ekiti community but Kwara south as a whole.

" I commiserate with the family of late Chief Sunday Olosunde over his passing as i received the news of his sudden death with rude shock.

Ashiru praised Chief Sunday as a progressive man who significantly contributed to his campaign efforts, serving twice as the Director General of Lola Ashiru Campaign Organisation.

“While we continue to remember his kind deeds, I beseech the Almighty God to repose his soul and grant his immediate family and friend the fortitude to bear the loss," he said.
