BASIC EDUCATION AND LITERACY PROJECT carried out by the Rotaract Club of Offa Metropolitan

The BASIC EDUCATION AND LITERACY PROJECT carried out by the Rotaract Club of Offa Metropolitan at Prestige Nursery and Primary School in Lamodi area, Offa, Kwara State.

The project aimed to enhance the educational and literacy levels of primary school students. Through various activities and initiatives, the Rotaract Club aimed to make learning more engaging and fun for the students.

The project included:

1. Providing educational materials such as books, stationery, and learning aids to enrich the learning environment. 

Six Tables and Chairs , 20 socks, 2 big marker boards , one pack of marker , one pack marker-refill, I pack of pen( 50 pieces)pencils and exercise books.


2. Organizing interactive sessions and workshops to help students develop essential skills like reading, writing, and critical thinking.
3. Conducting literacy awareness campaigns to emphasize the importance of education and encourage community involvement.
4. Collaborating with teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies and introduce innovative teaching techniques.

The Rotaract Club of Offa Metropolitan enact a positive impact on the lives of these young students, empowering them with the tools and knowledge needed for a brighter future.

Education and literacy are essential foundations for the growth and development of individuals and communities.
